How do I clone a campaign?7-2

The process of cloning a campaign is very simple and will allow organisations to take advantage of all the potential and work done on campaigns already created.

This new functionality is designed so that we can reuse settings and content in new campaigns and not start from scratch ?.

Everything will be copied from the original campaign to the cloned one (texts, images...) except:

  • The data of the contributions received
  • The P2P campaign settings.
  • The social media settings.
  • The messenger service settings.

To clone a campaign, click on Options of the campaign you would like to clone and select "clone campaign" and VOILÀ, ready.

The system will directly open the general data of the new campaign, which will have the name of the Old Campaign and the Clone.

Once you have saved the changes to the new "clone" campaign, remember that you will find it among the pending campaigns until its status changes:

Reusing payment gateways

How can I reuse a payment gateway?

7-2

Now you will not have to set up payment gateways every time you create a new campaign ?, as long as you have previously set up a payment gateway.

When you create a new campaign and go to CONFIGURATION-> Payment gateways and you want to add the gateway, a new option will appear:

6-3

When you click on this option, a list of the previous gateway(s) that you had configured for that point of sale (POS) will be displayed and you will be able to choose the one you would like to use for your new campaign without having to look up or double-check your passwords and ensuring that it will be correctly configured and saved in the system.

We hope that these 2 new features will help you and make your life a little easier ?.
